A customer delegation from CRRC Corporation Limited (hereinafter "CRRC"), China's leading rolling stock manufacturer and the world's largest rail transit equipment supplier, has successfully completed a comprehensive factory audit at the Qingdao manufacturing facility of Qingdao Jinpeng Lianchuang Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. . The audit confirmed full compliance with all production quality, process control, and safety standards.
The on-site inspection covered the facility's entire manufacturing operations including heavy-duty sheet metal fabrication lines, precision welding stations, surface treatment workshops, and final assembly areas. CRRC's audit team evaluated the facility's production systems against the rail industry's stringent requirements for dimensional accuracy, weld quality, material traceability, and process consistency.

The CRRC audit team conducted detailed inspections across multiple critical areas:Production Process Control — Auditors examined every stage of the manufacturing workflow, from steel plate incoming inspection and cutting to forming, welding, surface treatment, and final assembly. Particular attention was given to weld quality control procedures, with CRRC engineers reviewing welding parameter records, non-destructive testing reports, and welder certification documentation. Dimensional accuracy verification was conducted on randomly selected finished components using calibrated measuring instruments.
Quality Management System — The audit reviewed the facility's ISO 9001 quality management system in depth, covering document control procedures, non-conformance tracking and resolution, corrective and preventive action records, and internal audit history. CRRC's team confirmed that the quality protocols are robustly implemented and consistently followed across all departments.
Equipment and Facility Standards — CRRC engineers inspected the full range of production equipment, verifying calibration certificates, maintenance logs, and operational parameters. The facility's heavy-duty press brakes, robotic welding systems, CNC cutting equipment, and surface treatment lines were all found to be operating within specified tolerances.
Material Traceability — A key focus area was the material tracking system, which CRRC auditors reviewed from raw material receipt through to finished product dispatch. The facility's batch numbering system, material test certificate management, and inventory control procedures were verified to meet rail industry traceability requirements.
