Breaking North American Commercial Vehicle Access Barriers | Wholechaintech Hydraulic Trailer US Registration Qualification Certification in Progress

Recently, Chongqing Wholechaintech Automotive Components Co., Ltd. has achieved phased progress in the North American access qualification work for its dual-axle hydraulic lifting trailer products: Following the product passing the relevant compliance preliminary review in California, USA in April, the company's team is actively docking with local qualified cooperation service providers in the United States to fully promote the formal registration work of this model in the US.

At present, the US commercial vehicle access review process is complex and has strict requirements, and we have encountered many challenges in the promotion process. However, our hydraulic trailer products have been fully benchmarked against the US federal DOT and California CARB regulatory requirements from the design stage, and the core configurations all meet the North American market safety compliance standards:

1、Hydraulic lifting system: Adopts 12V/24V energy storage battery + DC hydraulic station to control lifting, with stable and reliable operation

2、Safety braking configuration: Standard four-wheel electromagnetic brake, optional trailer breakaway automatic brake module, fully compliant with US commercial vehicle safety standards

3、Fall protection: The hydraulic system is equipped with a mechanical pin locking device to eliminate the risk of falling during lifting

4、Compliance supporting documents: We can provide a full set of English user manuals, safety warning labels, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematic diagrams to meet the US market listing compliance requirements

5、Adapted to North American power supply standards: The vehicle can be adapted to 12V/24V batteries locally in the US, supports mains charging, the charger power range is 120W-300W, and the output current is 10A-20A, which is fully adapted to the North American power supply system

We are currently in deep docking cooperation with 3 local US service providers with registration qualifications. After the subsequent registration qualification is completed, we will give priority to opening the US regional agency cooperation quota, and welcome interested customers to consult and negotiate.
