WholeChainTech has officially launched a new 5-ton dual-axle hydraulic lifting trailer, engineered specifically for customers who move forklifts, compact construction machinery and heavy equipment on a regular basis. Designed and built in the company's Chongqing factory, the trailer removes the single biggest bottleneck in equipment hauling: loading heavy machines on and off safely, quickly, and without steep ramps.
The trailer's hydraulically powered deck lowers to just 120 mm ground clearance. A forklift, mini excavator or skid steer can drive straight on and drive straight off. Raising and lowering is operated by a wireless remote control — with a manual backup — so the operator stays on the ground, away from the machine and the moving deck. The 12V hydraulic power unit works at up to 120 bar.
Rated capacity is 5,000 kg (11,000 lbs), while tare weight is only 1,100 kg (2,425 lbs) — leaving more of the legal towing limit for actual cargo. Running gear follows international export standards: four 12-inch electric brakes, four LT245/75R16 tires on steel wheels, independent four-wheel suspension, a 2-5/16" coupling ball and a European 7-pin plug.
· Industrial logistics — the most common use: dedicated forklift transport, with the hydraulic lift handling height adjustment for easy loading and unloading.
· Construction machinery transport — mini excavators, skid steer loaders (Bobcats) and small road rollers.
· Emergency rescue and repair — the robust chassis doubles as a mobile maintenance platform, carrying generators and welding machines out to the job site.
· Specialized cargo — flat deck plus high capacity also suits large transformers, heavy molds and generator sets.

The trailer is shipped without the 12V 80Ah battery, which buyers source locally to comply with shipping regulations. WholeChainTech accepts T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C at sight. The hydraulic system and frame carry a 1-year warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts. Deck size, paint color and accessories — toolboxes, mesh sides, spare tire mount — can all be customized to order.
