Chongqing Wholechaintech Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is currently undergoing the on-site assessment for its special vehicle qualification audit in April 2026. Focusing on the company’s R&D organization, technical team, design and development system, and standardization management, the audit is comprehensively evaluating the company’s R&D strength and compliance capabilities in special vehicles (including hook-lift garbage trucks, hydraulic trailers, and other special-purpose equipment), laying a solid foundation for subsequent product commercialization and North American market expansion.
The company has established a dedicated Technical Department to lead product design and technological innovation. With a total of 28 employees, the company has a professional R&D team of 3 technical staff members, each with clear division of responsibilities and rich industry experience:
· Zhou Ping, Technical Director & Project Supervisor: Oversees product planning, complete vehicle system matching design for special vehicles, regulatory compliance management, and informatization construction;
· Liu Longrong, Technical Engineer: Responsible for the design of special device assemblies and components, as well as supporting parts development;
· Fu Lin, Technical Engineer: Focuses on complete vehicle trial manufacturing, assembly, and test verification for special vehicles.This core team covers the entire development cycle, from demand analysis and structural design to trial production and validation, providing reliable technical support for product innovation.
Wholechaintech has built a comprehensive product design and development process, with the official document Product Design and Development Control Procedure clearly defining the responsibilities of the Technical Department in planning, organization, technical interface management, input/output control, review and verification, design changes, and technical document management. This ensures every stage of product development is standardized and traceable.To support special vehicle projects, the company has formulated key technical documents including Design Specification for Hook-Lift Garbage Trucks, Product Design Calculation Sheet, and Test Outline for Hook-Lift Garbage Trucks. These documents set clear standards for overall design principles, chassis modification, structural design, hydraulic system calculation, and other critical links. All enterprise standards are strictly aligned with national and industry regulations, with the Hook-Lift Garbage Truck standard meeting or exceeding the requirements of current national standards, ensuring product compliance and reliability.
The company has initially established a product information database covering all stages of design planning, review, verification, and confirmation. The database includes core data such as complete vehicle and chassis parameters, component specifications, CAE strength analysis reports, 2D/3D drawings, and test verification results, forming a complete information system for product design and manufacturing.Supported by professional design software including CAD and UG, the team can conduct digital design tasks such as garbage bin volume calculation, operation trajectory simulation, and working stroke verification, providing accurate data support for product optimization and structural improvement.
The ongoing on-site qualification audit serves as an authoritative evaluation of Wholechaintech’s R&D system and technical strength. As a key step in special vehicle production and market access, the audit is assessing the company’s capabilities in design, manufacturing, quality control, and compliance management.The audit is currently progressing as scheduled.
