This high-performance 25mm nylon honeycomb panel is a new-generation lightweight thermoplastic sandwich material independently developed and produced for electric tricycle cargo box refitting and mass OEM supporting. With a standard areal weight of 4.42kg per square meter and optional core density of 60kg/m³, 80kg/m³ and 100kg/m³, it can freely balance lightweight, rigidity and impact resistance according to customer performance requirements. The finished panel adopts a standardized customized size of 1670*1490*1250mm, which perfectly matches the mainstream cargo compartment size of electric tricycles on the market.
