1.Smart Electric Hydraulic Deployment System 

This advanced system adopts an intelligent electric hydraulic driving structure, realizing fully automatic operation without manual intervention. The lifting mechanism is controlled by an electric remote controller, supporting one-key start, stop and adjustment. It is equipped with 4 high-strength automatic leveling support legs, which replace the traditional manual hand-crank design. The system can quickly adjust height and keep the whole platform stable and balanced, greatly improving operation efficiency, safety and user experience.

2.Dual-Point Support Structure

The platform adopts a dual-point reinforced support structure to provide stronger stability and load-bearing performance for the solar panel array and drone landing pad. It effectively reduces shaking and deformation during operation, ensuring excellent structural rigidity and safety. Even under severe high-wind conditions (wind resistance up to 100 km/h), the system remains stable and reliable, meeting the requirements of outdoor all-terrain applications..

3.Full-Automatic Solar Panel Extension 

Equipped with an electrically controlled telescopic sliding mechanism, the solar panel array can extend and retract fully automatically. The smooth and stable action ensures high reliability in long-term use. The system supports a 9-panel high-power configuration (300W per panel), with a total power output of 2700W, achieving maximum solar energy absorption and conversion efficiency to provide stable and clean power supply.

4.Integrated Access Door

The platform is designed with an integrated widened battery access door, which has been upgraded from the original 80cm to ≥100cm in width. The larger opening space makes battery replacement, daily inspection, circuit maintenance and component upkeep more convenient and efficient. The humanized design significantly reduces maintenance difficulty and improves later operability.

5.Premium Anti-Corrosion Coating

The whole structure adopts a two-layer advanced anti-corrosion process: electrophoresis primer + top-grade spray painting, which provides double protection against rust, acid rain, salt fog and moisture. The coating has strong adhesion and high weather resistance, ensuring a 10-year anti-corrosion service life. It is suitable for long-term all-weather outdoor use in complex environments such as high humidity, salt fog and severe cold.
