Our light-duty frozen & fresh refrigerated truck body adopts a dual-temperature zone structure. The fresh-keeping zone operates at 0°C to 8°C (suitable for fruits, vegetables, dairy, and ready-to-eat meals), and the freezing zone can achieve a minimum temperature of -18°C. Equipped with precise zoned temperature control, it fulfills the multi-scenario demands of urban cold chain distribution, allowing you to complete full-category fresh produce delivery in a single trip.
Adopting closed-cell foaming technology, the insulation layer features uniform density without cavities or trapped air, effectively blocking heat transfer. It enables the truck body to retain cold longer and maintain stable temperature control, perfectly adapting to the full-temperature zone needs of urban cold chain distribution.
The outer skin is manufactured with a crimp joint process for excellent tensile strength. The floor is equipped with T6-grade high-strength aluminum guide rails made via full welding technology, which greatly enhances the overall load capacity of the body and reinforces sealing performance. It fundamentally solves the industry pain points of the body becoming heavier and the insulation performance declining after long-term use
Two mainstream high-quality materials are selected for the inner skin to meet different needs. The precoated metal sheet is cost-effective, with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface, scratch and temperature resistance, suitable for -40℃~80℃ full temperature range, mature mass production and food-grade standard, meeting the regular urban distribution needs of small and medium cold chain and convenience stores. The food-grade thermoplastic sheet is high-end, with an all-plastic seamless structure, complying with FDA/LFGB international standards, corrosion and seepage resistance without sanitary dead corners, suitable for high-end fresh food and pharmaceutical cold chain. The two materials are complementary and can be flexibly selected as needed.
