National Layout, Intelligent Future: Zhouze Group & Wholechaintech’s Production Base Network

Founded by Mr. Zhou in 2009, Qingdao Zhouze Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has evolved into Zhouze Group, building a national intelligent manufacturing network centered in East China and covering East China, Southwest China, Central China and South China. Chongqing Wholechaintech Automotive Components Co., Ltd. (Wholechaintech) is the sole export-oriented company under Zhouze Group, responsible for global market development, international sales and overseas customer services. Core manufacturing is undertaken by Chongqing Zhouze and Qingdao Jinpeng, the Group’s core production bases, forming a highly integrated system of “Group-led production + Wholechaintech global export”.

1. East China: Core Hub for R&D and Precision Manufacturing

As the origin of the Group’s layout, Qingdao serves as the core R&D and production headquarters. In 2013, the standardized production base was officially put into operation, covering 64 mu with a workshop area of 25,000 square meters, integrating precision processing, R&D and logistics distribution. In 2019, the intelligent transportation equipment project was launched to expand high-end capacity. In 2021, the Group deployed 100 mu of industrial land in Lu’an, Anhui Province, further consolidating its leading position in East China.

Core production is supported by Qingdao Jinpeng, while Wholechaintech provides technical iteration and global market layout, jointly upgrading high-end intelligent manufacturing.

2. Southwest China: Strategic Base for Western Market Radiation

Operated under the Group’s overall planning, Chongqing Zhouze serves as the core production base in the Southwest, established in 2015 and put into production in 2016, covering 40 mu. It focuses on serving the Chengdu-Chongqing automobile industry cluster, providing customized solutions for commercial vehicle parts and special hydraulic equipment. The establishment of the Chengdu Branch in 2021 further improved regional services.

As the Group’s only export platform, Wholechaintech converts the high-quality capacity of Chongqing Zhouze into global supply capacity, realizing integrated operation of R&D, production and international sales.

3. Central China: Efficient Supply Chain Hub Connecting East and West

The Wuhan Branch was officially established in December 2020, marking the completion of the Group’s Central China layout. Relying on Wuhan’s transportation hub advantage, it effectively connects eastern production bases and western markets, greatly optimizing logistics efficiency and supply chain turnover. The Central China base focuses on standardized production of core components and semi-finished products, supporting the stable operation of the Group’s national integrated supply chain. Wholechaintech participates in the whole-process quality control and standard management to ensure uniform processing standards and delivery quality nationwide.

4. South China: Deeply Cultivating the Pearl River Delta and Guangxi Automobile Industry Cluster

In 2020, the Liuzhou production base was completed and put into operation, closely targeting the Guangxi automobile manufacturing cluster. In 2021, the Jiangmen Branch was launched, extending the layout to the core high-end manufacturing area of the Pearl River Delta. Supported by the Group’s mature production system and Wholechaintech’s professional international trade capabilities, the two sides jointly explore the South China market, quickly respond to diversified customer needs and provide full-cycle professional services.

Led by founder Mr. Zhou, Zhouze Group, together with its sole export enterprise Wholechaintech, has built a complete national intelligent manufacturing layout after more than ten years of steady development, with a total industrial land of more than 300 mu and a standardized factory area of more than 25,000 square meters. Production is mainly concentrated in Chongqing Zhouze and Qingdao Jinpeng, while Wholechaintech acts as the exclusive window for global business. Through complementary advantages and resource integration, the Group effectively shortens supply chain response cycles, reduces comprehensive operating costs, and realizes customized production and precise services for global customers.
