Whole Chain Tech recently participated in the Uzbekistan Investment and Business Legal Environment Sharing Salon held in Chongqing, as part of its initial phase of global export expansion. The professional trailer and box body manufacturer actively evaluating high-potential emerging markets including Central Asia and India to build out its phased global footprint.
Hosted by the Chongqing Bar Association and supported by Duan & Duan Law Firm’s Chongqing and Tashkent offices, the salon gathered cross-border legal experts, industry representatives and enterprise delegates to share practical guidance on Central Asian investment compliance, legal requirements and policy incentives, timed to coincide with the recent entry into force of the China-Uzbekistan mutual visa exemption agreement which has driven rapid growth in bilateral trade and investment activity. China is now Uzbekistan’s largest source of foreign direct investment, creating strong growth opportunities for export-oriented Chinese enterprises across multiple sectors including transport equipment.
During the event, Whole Chain Tech representatives attended full sessions covering Uzbekistan’s judicial framework, foreign investment approval processes, land use regulations, tax incentive schemes for manufacturing enterprises, and cross-border dispute resolution mechanisms, and held one-on-one consultations with both Chinese and Uzbekistani legal experts to gain first-hand clarity on product certification standards, import duties and local market entry requirements, laying a solid compliance foundation for potential future expansion into the Central Asian market.
Currently in the early stages of its global export development, Whole Chain Tech has already completed preliminary product testing and certification preparations for entry into the US market. As the company builds out its export operational capabilities, it is now conducting preliminary market research for high-potential emerging markets including Central Asia and India, where rapidly growing transport, logistics and construction sectors are creating strong demand for its core product portfolio of light trailers, custom cargo boxes and its newly developed lightweight hook lift system.
The Central Asian market, particularly Uzbekistan, has seen rapid expansion in agricultural production, mining activity, cross-border e-commerce logistics and infrastructure construction in recent years, driving strong demand for affordable, durable light transport equipment. Whole Chain Tech’s lightweight, cost-effective transport solutions are particularly well-suited to the needs of small and medium-sized local logistics operators, agricultural producers and construction enterprises, which currently have limited access to high-quality, reasonably priced transport equipment adapted to local road conditions and usage scenarios.
Whole Chain Tech is taking a steady, compliance-first approach to its global expansion, prioritizing full understanding of local regulatory requirements before entering any new market to minimize risk. The company plans to continue participating in similar industry exchange and legal guidance events to build out its knowledge base as it expands its export business. “For a small enterprise in the early stages of our export journey, we prioritize thorough market research and compliance preparation above all else, to avoid unnecessary risks as we expand overseas,” said Ethan Zhou, General Manager of Whole Chain Tech. “This salon gave us invaluable practical insights into the Uzbekistan market, helping us to evaluate opportunities more scientifically. Our cost-effective, customizable transport solutions have strong competitive advantages in these emerging markets, and we will continue to take a pragmatic, step-by-step approach to our global expansion, starting with the US market and gradually exploring other high-potential regions as we build up our export experience and operational capabilities.” The company expects to secure its first export sales orders in the second half of 2026.
